- Quoted Rates: Valid for 24 hours from the time of quotation.
- Hotel Check-In: Standard check-in time is 14:00 - 15:00 hrs (early check-in subject to availability).
- Halong Bay Cruises: Cruises may be delayed or canceled due to bad weather, especially during the rainy season, and refunds or rescheduling will be subject to cruise operator policies.
- Payment Terms: Full payment must be made before the cut-off date to confirm the booking.
- Driver Language: Drivers speak basic English; an English-speaking guide can be arranged at an additional cost.
- Activity Bookings: If a specific supplier is required, guests must inform before confirmation.
- Deposit & Payment: A 30-40% deposit is required upon booking. Payment can be made via credit card (6% fee), bank transfer (USD 30 fee), or Indian account (5% GST + applicable ROE). Visa & airfare require 100% advance payment. Full payment is due at least 14 days before the tour begins.
- Cancellation Policy:
- 29 undefined 15 days before arrival: 75% charge.
- Less than 14 days before arrival: 100% charge.
- Certain services, including Mekong River Cruises, are non-refundable.
- Itinerary & Activities: The operator may adjust itineraries due to weather or unforeseen circumstances and is not responsible for extra costs incurred due to such changes.
- Travel Insurance: Not included but is highly recommended to cover medical, cancellation, and unexpected expenses.
- Responsibilities & Liabilities: Operators have limited liability for damages or losses and are not responsible for delays, natural disasters, or political disruptions.
- Passports & Visas: Passports must be valid for at least six months from the entry date. Travelers must check and arrange for necessary visas before departure.
- Complaints & Support: Any service issues must be reported immediately for resolution. Refunds or compensation will be considered based on the situation.
- Other Considerations: Carry all necessary travel documents (booking confirmations, itinerary, ID). Respect local culture and safety regulations during your trip.
